Everything became clear for me, not when I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s, but when I took the deep dive into what MY ADHD meant for me, the struggles AND the strengths and discovered personally targeted solutions.
Now I am passionate about taking others of the same journey of self discovery, personal optimisation and ultimately their version of success.
I know how it feels to be stuck and what it takes to get get unstuck. I know what actually works, and just as importantly, what doesn't.
